Concrete Mixer Pump

Concrete Mixer Pump (also known as Mixing Trailer Pump or Integrated Mixing & Pumping Machine) is a composite construction machinery integrating concrete mixing and pumping functions. It independently completes the whole process of batching, mixing, conveying and pouring, especially suitable for small and medium-sized, scattered or remote construction sites.

Product Structure

Divided by top-to-bottom and function, there are 6 core systems with clear functions:

1. Loading System (Top)

• Hopper/feeding hopper: for loading gravel, sand and cement
• Vibrating screen: filters oversized stones and impurities to prevent pump blockage
• Hydraulic lifting hopper (optional): automatic loading, labor-saving

2. Mixing System (Core Host)

• Mixing drum/mixing tank: forced type or drum type, mixes raw materials into concrete
• Mixing motor + reducer: hydraulic drive, high torque for strong mixing
• Mixing blades: uniform mixing, anti-sticking to the tank

3. Pumping System (Heart)

• 2 main oil cylinders: push and suck alternately to provide pumping pressure
• 2 concrete delivery cylinders: directly push concrete, high wear resistance
• S-tube swing valve + spectacle plate + cutting ring: key reversing components, main wearing parts
• Hopper mixing blades: prevent concrete accumulation and segregation

4. Hydraulic System (Power)

• Hydraulic pumps (main pump, mixing pump)
• Hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders
• Hydraulic oil tank, radiator, filter
• Multi-way valve, relief valve: control pressure, speed and reversing

Function: All actions (mixing, pumping, swinging, lifting) are hydraulically driven.

5. Power System (Power Source)

• Electric motor version: 37kW/45kW/55kW, connected to 380V power supply
• Diesel engine version: 4102/4105/6105 diesel engine, for sites without power supply

6. Electric Control System (Nerve)

• Distribution box / PLC controller
• Control panel, remote controller (wireless remote control)
• Emergency stop, forward/reverse rotation, pumping/mixing switch
• Protection devices: overload, oil temperature, oil pressure alarms

Operation Precautions

Follow the rules: inspect first → start → stable operation → careful shutdown → strong protection to prevent pipe blockage, burst, overturning and pinching.

1. Before operation: Level and solid ground, fully extend and support legs; check hydraulic system, pipelines, hopper and safety devices for no leakage, looseness or damage.
2. Start-up: No-load test; lubricate pipes with water then mortar; no dry-pipe pumping.
3. During operation: Keep concrete in hopper above mixing shaft to avoid suction empty; stable pumping, no standing under boom; reverse pump immediately if pressure surges or vibration increases; no forced pumping.
4. Abnormal handling: Shut down and relieve pressure before disassembling blocked pipes; no hammering or pressurized disassembly.
5. After operation: Clean hopper, pipelines and mixing system; shut down, cut power and relieve pressure; check wearing parts and perform maintenance.
