Concrete Trailer Pump (short name: Trailer Pump) is a machine mounted on a towable chassis that conveys concrete under high pressure through pipelines. It is widely used in long-distance and high-lift construction such as high-rise buildings, tunnels, and bridges.

Hopper System (Upper Feeding)

  1. Hopper body: steel plate welded to receive concrete
  2. Mixing device: mixing shaft + blades to prevent segregation and agglomeration
  3. Screen grid: blocks oversized aggregates and foreign materials
  4. Suction port: connected to pumping cylinders

Core Pumping Mechanism (Heart)

  1. main oil cylinders: hydraulically driven to push and pull concrete pistons

Working Principle
