Product Structure

Essence: A movable mini mixing station + concrete pump, integrated on a special truck chassis.

Main Components:

1. Truck Chassis: China VI standard chassis such as Dongfeng, Jiefang, Sinotruk, providing travel and power.
2. Mixing System: Twin-shaft compulsory mixer, with uniform mixing and high speed, meeting commercial concrete standards.
3. Pumping System: Main oil pump, conveying cylinder, S-valve distributor, responsible for high-pressure conveying.
4. Hydraulic/Electronic Control System: Fully hydraulic drive, PLC intelligent control, wireless remote control operation.

Working Principle

1. Loading: Forklift pours sand, gravel and cement into the hopper.
2. Mixing: Dry materials enter the twin-shaft mixer and are compulsorily mixed with automatic water addition.
3. Pumping: The mixed concrete falls into the pumping hopper and is delivered to the pouring point through pipelines by the piston pumping system under high pressure.

Operation Precautions

1. Pre-Start Inspection: Chassis and complete machine, hydraulic and lubrication, hopper and pipelines, electrical and remote control
2. Start-Up and Test Run: First idle the engine to run, observe no alarms on instruments. No-load test run: normal actions of mixing, forward pumping, reverse pumping and swinging, no abnormal noise. Lubricate the pipeline with mortar or pipe lubricant first; dry material pumping is strictly prohibited.
3. Mixing Operation Notes: Feed materials strictly according to the ratio, aggregate particle size shall not exceed the specified value of the equipment to avoid material jamming. Feed evenly, do not pour violently at one time to prevent hopper overflow and machine stalling. Do not put hands or tools into the mixing drum and hopper during mixing. Stop the machine and cut off power before handling material jamming; forced reverse rotation with materials is prohibited.
4. Core Safety of Pumping Operation: No standing at the outlet of the pump pipe to prevent injury from concrete splashing and pipe burst. Keep continuous pumping and avoid shutdown as much as as possible; if suspension is needed, reverse pump every 10–15 minutes to prevent pipe blockage. Reverse pump to clear blockage first; shut down and disassemble pipes only if ineffective; pressurized pipeline disassembly is strictly prohibited. The bending radius of the distributing hose should not be too small; no hard folding or stepping is allowed. Keep a safe distance between the remote control operator and the equipment with clear sight.
5. Driving and Transfer: Clean the mixing drum, hopper, S-pipe and conveying pipeline thoroughly after operation; residual concrete will cause pipe blockage or equipment damage next time. Fully retract and fix the outriggers firmly, reset the hopper and lock the mixing drum. Abide by traffic rules, no speeding or overloading, slow down when turning. Drive slowly on uphill/downhill and potholed roads to prevent center of gravity shift.
6. Shutdown and Cleaning: Stop feeding first, flush the pipeline and hopper with clean water after pumping residual materials. Cleaning water shall not be directly discharged into structural parts to avoid affecting concrete strength. Turn off power after cleaning, check the wear of wearing parts (spectacle plate, cutting ring, piston). Pay attention to anti-freezing in winter operation, drain residual water in water pipelines after shutdown.
7. Safety Prohibitions: Operation after drinking alcohol, fatigue or without certificate is strictly prohibited. Pumping with unsupported or unstable outriggers is strictly prohibited. Crossing or climbing the pump truck during pumping is strictly prohibited. Adjusting pressure, flow and other parameters at will is strictly prohibited. Staying or repairing near high-pressure pipelines is strictly prohibited.
