Foundation-free concrete batching plant (also known as mobile / modular mixing plant) is a new type of concrete production equipment that integrates core systems such as batching, mixing, metering and control into an integrated steel structure chassis.
It completely abandons the complicated reinforced concrete deep foundation construction of traditional mixing plants, and can be quickly installed and put into operation only by leveling and hardening the site. Ensure site is leveled and hardened with sufficient bearing capacity; check fasteners and intact insulation of electrical circuits.
Start equipment strictly per procedures; no overloading; monitor instrument data closely and stop immediately for inspection if abnormal.
Regularly check wear of mixing blades and liners and replace timely; clean dust collector bags for good ventilation; perform anti-freezing and thermal insulation in winter.
Operators must be certified and wear protective gear; no access to maintenance doors during operation; relocation hoisting shall be commanded by professionals for safety.
