The gypsum mortar production line is a complete set of automated equipment for large-scale production of gypsum-based dry-mixed mortars (such as lightweight plastering gypsum, heavy plastering gypsum, and gypsum self-leveling mortar). Its core function is to mix gypsum, aggregates, fillers and various additives accurately according to the formula, realizing efficient, stable and environmentally friendly continuous production.

Product Structure

Summary: Fully enclosed, automated, tower/stepped layout, integrating seven systems: storage, conveying, metering, mixing, storage, packaging, dust removal and control.

1.1 Raw Material Storage System

Working Principle

Core principle: The gypsum mortar production line adopts closed automatic batching, gravity flow and non-gravity forced mixing. Controlled precisely by PLC, all systems work together to mix gypsum, aggregates, fillers and additives evenly into qualified dry-mixed gypsum mortar.

  1. Materials flow from top to bottom by gravity and mechanical conveying, completing the process:Storage → Metering → Mixing → Temporary storage → Packaging
  2. Fully closed negative pressure dust removal throughout the process, no dust overflow;
  3. Electronic weighing and non-gravity mixing ensure proportion accuracy and uniformity.

Operation Notes

  1. Operators must receive professional training and be familiar with operation procedures and safety regulations before working; unlicensed operation is prohibited.
  2. Before startup, check all system components (weighing scale, mixer, conveyor, dust collector) for normal operation, no looseness or abnormal noise.
  3. During production, do not open sealed bin doors or maintenance ports, and do not touch moving parts with hands or foreign objects to avoid accidents.
  4. Set metering parameters strictly according to formulas; do not change randomly. Conduct small-batch trial production before mass production to confirm accuracy.
  5. Regularly check material levels in raw and finished silos to avoid empty operation or overflow; inspect arch breakers to prevent bridging.
  6. Stop and cut off power immediately in case of abnormality (abnormal noise, metering deviation, shutdown), and restart only after troubleshooting.
  7. Regularly clean, lubricate and maintain equipment, focusing on core components (mixer paddles, screw conveyors, weighing sensors) for long-term stability.
  8. After production, clean residual materials, turn off power and air supply, tidy the site and keep operation records.
  9. No smoking in the workshop; equip sufficient fire-fighting equipment. Operators must be familiar with fire emergency procedures to prevent fire risks.
