Working Process of the Integrated Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant

  1. Pre-start preparation: Check raw material reserves in each silo, power and water connection, equipment lubrication and sealing; set the mixture proportion (aggregate, powder, water volume parameters) via the touch screen.
  2. Loading and metering: Loader loads aggregates into hoppers; belt conveyor conveys aggregates to belt scales for metering according to the set proportion; powder silo accurately conveys powder to the mixer via screw conveyor and spiral electronic scale; water pump sprays water according to the proportion.
  3. Forced mixing: Aggregates, powder and water enter the twin-shaft mixer synchronously. The mixing shaft reverses to drive blades to extrude, shear and convect materials, fully mixing for 8-10s to ensure uniform mixture without segregation.
  4. Finished product conveying: The mixed mixture falls into the finished product inclined belt conveyor through the mixer discharge port and is conveyed to the finished product storage silo for temporary storage.
  5. Loading and transshipment: After the transport vehicle arrives, the silo door is opened by cylinder control, closed after loading, and the vehicle transports the mixture to the construction site for paving and compaction.
  6. Shutdown and finishing: After production, stop aggregate, powder and water supply in sequence, idle the mixer for 30s to clean residual materials; turn off the power, clean the equipment and perform maintenance.

Operating Precautions

Pre-start Precautions

  1. Conduct comprehensive inspection on oil circuit, circuit, transmission belt, steel wire rope and limit devices to ensure no looseness, damage or blockage.
  2. Check asphalt tank insulation heating, burner oil circuit and dust removal system; preheat asphalt to normal working temperature in advance.
  3. Verify equipment grounding, emergency stop button and safety guardrail; operators must hold certificates and wear labor protection articles.
  4. Input asphalt mixture formula in advance and confirm proportion parameters before starting equipment.

Operating Precautions

  1. Start feeding gradually only after no-load preheating; no direct full-load start-up of cold machine.
  2. Monitor discharge temperature, metering data, combustion flame and dust removal negative pressure in real time; stop immediately for inspection in case of abnormal temperature or proportion deviation.
  3. Do not open maintenance doors, reach into mixing host, drum or transmission parts, or cross running equipment during operation.
  4. Do not modify proportion parameters at will, over-capacity produce, or feed over-moist aggregate directly.
  5. Regularly check wear of mixing blades and liners; replace severely worn parts timely to avoid unqualified mixture quality.

Shutdown and Final Precautions

  1. Shutdown sequence: stop feeding → empty host mixture → stop burner → delay drum cooling → disconnect main power.
  2. Clean residual aggregate on belts, dust in dust bags and residual asphalt in pipelines daily after shutdown; conduct insulation, anti-freezing and anti-rust treatment.
  3. Empty all materials in asphalt pipelines, aggregate silos and storage silos before long-term shutdown or relocation; protect equipment from rust, water and dust.
