1. Cold aggregate batching and conveying: Loader feeds different specifications of stones into cold silos; variable-frequency belt feeder delivers materials quantitatively as per formula, conveying to drying drum while filtering impurities.
2. Aggregate drying and heating: Aggregate enters drying drum, tumbles forward, and conducts sufficient countercurrent heat exchange with high-temperature hot air from burner to remove moisture completely and heat to set mixing temperature.
