Working Process

  1. Equipment preparation: Power on; check reducer oil level, hydraulic oil level, shaft-end sealing, discharge door closing, no debris in drum, safety devices.
  2. Material proportioning: Add dry materials (sand, gravel, cement, fly ash) and then water + additives per preset ratio.
  3. Feeding operation: Start lifting hopper to feed materials into the drum; reset hopper and close feeding port to prevent dust leakage.
  4. Planetary mixing: Start mixing motor; mixing arms perform revolution + rotation for compulsory shearing, overturning and mixing. Mixing cycle: 80–110 seconds until uniform.
  5. Discharging operation: Open pneumatic/hydraulic discharge door to unload materials; adjust speed to avoid overflow; close door tightly after discharging.

Operating Precautions

1 .Before Startup

  • Check for residual materials/debris in the drum; ensure mixing arms rotate freely.
  • Inspect mixing blades and lining plates for looseness/wear; replace worn parts with genuine Jianxin accessories.
  • Check reducer and hydraulic oil levels; verify shaft-end and discharge door sealing.

2 .During Operation

  • Do not overload or feed over-sized aggregates; avoid motor overload or component damage.
  • In case of sudden power failure, cut off power and manually discharge materials to prevent concrete solidification; clean drum before restarting.
  • No inspection, lubrication or cleaning during operation; shut down power and press emergency stop first.

3. After Shutdown

  • Clean the drum, blades and discharge door with clean water; drain accumulated water.
  • Regularly check wearing parts; replace if wear exceeds 1/3 with genuine Jianxin accessories.
