Working Process

  1. Material Storage: Sand & stone (including large-size aggregate) stored in multi-bin batcher; cement, fly ash in modular powder silos (with dust removal & arch breaking); water & admixture in storage tanks. Aggregate bin cooling/insulation available on demand.
  2. Formula Setting: Input mix ratio (focus on low water-binder ratio) in intelligent control system. Automatic adjustment of water and aggregate dosage based on microwave moisture meter data, generate production task and connect with laboratory instructions.
  3. Precise Batching: Automatic independent weighing of aggregate, cement, water, admixture in sequence: water first → aggregate → cement, combined coarse & fine metering to control error within standard.
  4. Conveying & Mixing: Materials fed into enhanced twin-shaft mixer, mixing time extended (30–90s) for dry-hard concrete, ensuring uniform coating and texture for roller compaction.
  5. Finished Discharge: Double-arc discharge door controls speed, RCC discharged to dump trucks for site delivery, smooth discharge without congestion for continuous pouring.
  6. System Cleaning & Maintenance: Auto/manual cleaning of mixer and pipelines after production. Regular inspection of wear parts and dust removal; antifreeze in winter, cooling in summer for stable operation.

Operating Precautions

Before Installation

  • Level and harden the site with sufficient bearing capacity; fix powder silos on hardened ground; reinforce immediately if foundation settlement exceeds 2cm.
  • Check fasteners, especially bolts for mixing blades, liners and conveyor belts; tighten loose parts.
  • Calibrate weighing sensors with standard weights to ensure metering accuracy; inspect dust removal and arch breaking systems.
  • Remove foreign objects in mixing drum and batching hopper.

During Operation

  • Start equipment per procedures; no-load start only (mixer and conveyor must be empty before starting).
  • Monitor instrument data: metering accuracy, mixing time, motor current, equipment temperature.
  • Do not open mixer door or insert tools during operation; stop and cut power for material adjustment.
  • Do not clean belt by hand or tools during aggregate conveying to avoid entanglement.
  • Stop all operations during thunderstorms to prevent lightning; operators evacuate to safe area.

During Maintenance

  • Regularly check wear of blades, liners and belts; replace worn parts timely.
  • Inspect lubrication system; keep gearbox oil level between marks, replenish specified gear oil to avoid wear.
  • Antifreeze in winter: drain water from tanks and pumps to prevent cracking. Cool equipment in summer; check temperature control system regularly.
  • Disconnect main power, lock and tag during maintenance; assign on-duty personnel to prevent accidental switch-on. Recalibrate metering after replacing key parts like weighing sensors.
