Rollers Compacted Concrete Batching Plant (RCC Batching Plant for short) is a special mixing equipment designed for producing Rollers Compacted Concrete (low-slump, dry-hard, high-strength concrete). It integrates and optimizes batching, mixing, metering, control and other systems to adapt to the characteristics of RCC: dry-hard texture, large-size aggregate, continuous high-strength pouring, which is formed by heavy roller compaction without vibration.
Compared with conventional batching plants, it strengthens the mixing system, improves wear resistance, and optimizes metering accuracy, completely solving the problems of poor adaptability and low wear resistance of traditional plants. As core supporting equipment for mass infrastructure projects and an upgraded product of gravity mixing plants, it is widely used in large water conservancy dams, highways, airport runways, industrial floors and other projects.
| Scenario | Recommended RCC Batching Plant | Recommended Conventional Batching Plant |
| Project Type | Mass pouring projects (dams, large roads, airport runways, industrial floors) | Building construction, small roads, ordinary municipal projects (concrete requiring vibration forming) |
| Concrete Properties | Low-slump, dry-hard, low water-binder ratio (0.3–0.4), large-size aggregate (≤60mm) | High-slump, plastic/flowable concrete, small-size aggregate |
| Capacity Demand | Continuous high-strength pouring, capacity 50–400m³/h, adaptable to peak regulation | Intermittent production, capacity ≤120m³/h, no continuous pouring required |
| Working Condition | Harsh conditions (high wear, complex climates); optional low/high temperature adaptation | Mild conditions, no extreme climate or high wear demand |
| Quality Requirement | High strength, good compactness, precise mix ratio; 28-day compressive strength ≥25MPa | Conventional concrete quality, relatively loose mix ratio accuracy |
Specially produces RCC for various mass high-strength projects, formed by heavy roller compaction without vibration, meeting strict requirements on strength, compactness and durability.Used for: large water conservancy dams, hydropower stations, highways, airport runways, port yards, industrial floors, large road bases, river-crossing bridge foundations, etc. Also suitable for plastic concrete and temperature-controlled concrete.
| Model | Theoretical Capacity (m³/h) | Mixer Model | Max Aggregate Size (mm) | Cement Silo Capacity (t) | Installation Period (days) | Suitable Scenarios |
| HZS50-RCC | 50 | JS1000-RCC | 40 | 100–200 | 5–7 | Small water conservancy, road base, industrial floor |
| HZS90-RCC | 90 | JS1500-RCC | 50 | 200–300 | 7–10 | Medium reservoir, highway, airport runway base |
| HZS120-RCC | 120 | JS2000-RCC | 60 | 300–400 | 10–15 | Large water dam, large road, port yard |
| HZS180-RCC | 180 | JS3000-RCC | 60 | 400–800 | 15–20 | Large hydropower, river-crossing bridge, large-scale industrial floor |
| HL480-RCC | 250–300 | Twin-shaft compulsory (hydraulic dedicated) | 60 | 800–1000 | 20–25 | Large hydropower dam, super large infrastructure continuous pouring |
Note: Parameters can be customized according to actual capacity, aggregate size, construction environment (frigid/high temperature), environmental protection and temperature control requirements. Both continuous and batch types are available to meet different pouring needs and special hydraulic requirements.
