Working Process of Self-Loading Concrete Mixer Truck

Fully automatic one-key operation by a single person throughout the process, standard operation steps:

  1. Proportion Setting: Set the concrete grade mix ratio (ratio of sand, gravel, cement, water and admixture) on the electric control screen after startup, the system automatically saves the proportion parameters.
  2. Automatic Feeding: Drive the vehicle to the sand and gravel pile, operate the hydraulic bucket to shovel sand and gravel aggregates by yourself, automatically send them to the weighing bin, the system automatically weighs and meters, and stops feeding automatically when reaching the standard; cement and water are automatically and quantitatively added synchronously.
  3. Automatic Mixing: After all materials are proportioned, the mixing tank rotates forward, the blades drive the materials to turn, mix and stir, the tank keeps rotating throughout the process, can mix while walking or static mixing.
  4. Transfer and Movement: In the first half of mixing completion, the vehicle can drive by itself to the pouring construction point, keep mixing during driving to ensure no concrete segregation and good workability.
  5. Automatic Discharging: After arriving at the construction point, the tank rotates reversely, discharges automatically through the discharge chute, and pours accurately into the foundation, road surface and formwork.
  6. Circular Operation: After discharging, the vehicle returns to the material yard and automatically enters the next cycle of feeding-mixing.

Precautions for Operation

I. Pre-Startup Inspection Before Shift

  1. Check whether diesel oil, hydraulic oil, cooling water, tire pressure and brake are normal before daily startup.
  2. Check whether the weighing sensor circuit, tank blade and bucket pin shaft are loose or worn.
  3. Clean up residual old concrete in the tank to prevent caking from affecting mixing quality.
  4. Test run mixing, steering and discharging functions with empty vehicle, confirm all normal before operation.

II. Operation Precautions

  1. Feed strictly according to the designed proportion, it is strictly prohibited to change the ratio of sand, gravel and cement without permission, and overloading feeding is prohibited.
  2. The tank is prohibited from stopping rotating during mixing, keep the tank rotating at low speed during transportation to prevent concrete segregation and solidification.
  3. Drive slowly on muddy and steep road sections, no sharp turns or sudden brakes; the vehicle must stop and level when discharging, no inclined discharging.
  4. No one is allowed to stand near the lower part of the bucket during lifting and falling of the feeding bucket to prevent extrusion safety accidents.
  5. After concrete mixing is completed, it must be discharged and used within 90 minutes to prevent initial setting failure of concrete.
  6. It is prohibited to mix strong acid, alkali and corrosive materials, and prohibit oversized aggregate stones from entering the tank.

III. Post-Shift Maintenance Precautions

  1. After daily operation, the tank, chute and bucket must be cleaned with high-pressure clean water to remove residual concrete and prevent caking and hardening.
  2. Regularly lubricate pin shafts and bearings; regularly check and replace hydraulic oil and filter elements.
  3. For long-term parking, drain water in the water tank and oil pipes, keep the tank clean and dry, and park on a flat and hardened site.
