The semi-automatic dry mortar production line is a solution between manual simple lines and fully automatic lines. Its core feature is manual-assisted batching with automatic mechanical mixing and packaging, balancing investment cost, production efficiency, and operational flexibility. It is ideal for small and medium-sized mortar plants.

Working Principle

The line adopts gravity flow + batch mixing + semi-automatic metering control.Process flow: Raw material storage → Metering & batching → Forced mixing → Finished product temporary storage → Quantitative packaging.With a vertical tower layout, materials flow downward by gravity, minimizing conveying links. Manual-assisted feeding plus automatic electrical control of mixing and packaging ensure stable continuous production.

Operating Instructions

To ensure safe and stable operation, extend service life, protect personnel safety, and guarantee product quality:

  1. Operators must be professionally trained and certified. Wear PPE (safety helmet, dust mask, gloves, anti-slip shoes). No loose clothing or jewelry.
  2. Before startup, inspect all parts: no jams or foreign objects; metering, dust removal, and pneumatic systems normal; electrical wiring secure; valves flexible. Do not start with faults.
  3. Feed strictly according to formula. Do not alter dosages. When manually adding additives, avoid splashing or hand entanglement; close the feeding port promptly.
  4. During operation, monitor equipment (speed, noise, temperature, flow). Do not leave posts. Do not open inspection doors or touch moving parts. Lock out and tag out before maintenance.
  5. Do not overload the mixer. Follow mixing cycle (180–300s per batch); do not discharge early.
  6. Ensure packaging scale accuracy. Bag properly to avoid leakage. Remove finished packages promptly.
  7. Inspect and clean dust removal system regularly. Stop immediately if dust leaks.
  8. Clean residual materials after shutdown to prevent caking and corrosion. Cut power before cleaning.
  9. Protect electrical equipment from moisture, dust, and water washing. Check grounding regularly.
  10. Perform scheduled maintenance: lubricate parts, inspect and replace wearing parts (blades, seals, filter bags). Record all maintenance.
  11. For emergencies (jamming, overload, electrical fault), press E-stop, cut power, troubleshoot before restart.
  12. No repair, maintenance, or cleaning during operation. No unauthorized modification or overloading.
